Hello, I'm Ellen.

My Approach

I offer a calm, steady, and non‑judgmental space where children, young people, and adults can arrive exactly as they are. My work is flexible and moves at your pace, using talking or art‑making depending on what feels most comfortable.

I focus on creating safety, trust, and genuine connection. I work alongside my clients to explore what’s happening beneath the surface, approaching thoughts and feelings with curiosity and  compassion.

My Background

My experience spans across hospitals, schools, addiction services, bereavement care, and community projects. I’ve supported children, young people, and adults in settings ranging from secure inpatient units to primary schools and specialist grief programmes, giving me a broad and grounded understanding of people’s emotional needs. Alongside my clinical work, I’ve led creative community projects, contributed to qualitative research, and worked internationally in arts education.
